1. Introduction

Streamiptv4k respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Streamiptv4k will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Streamiptv4k service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.

This policy outlines the procedures for submitting a notification of claimed infringement (“Takedown Notice”) and for submitting a counter-notification if you believe your content was mistakenly removed.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to any allegedly infringing content that is accessible through or transmitted via the Streamiptv4k platform, including but not limited to:

• Live television channels provided without authorization.

3. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works (e.g., “The Movie ‘Example Film’ (2023)”).
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Streamiptv4k to locate the material. This must include:
   • The specific channel name(s) and/or number(s).
   • The specific title(s) of VOD content.
   • URLs, timestamps, or other specific identifiers within the Streamiptv4k service.
   • If possible, the date and time the infringing content was observed.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Streamiptv4k to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Takedown Notice

Upon receipt of a DMCA-compliant notification, Streamiptv4k will:

1. Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
2. Take reasonable steps to notify the user/provider of the affected content (e.g., a channel line-up or VOD source) that we have removed or disabled access.
3. Terminate, in appropriate circumstances (such as repeat infringement), the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you submitted or that is linked to your account was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification. To be effective, it must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Streamiptv4k may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Streamiptv4k will forward it to the party who submitted the original Takedown Notice. If the copyright owner does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the infringement, we may replace or cease disabling access to the restored material.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Streamiptv4k has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or sources who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
